Terms and Conditions for Self Care Academy Coaching App

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Soak Up 1-1 Nutrition & Training Coaching App ("App") provided by Soak Up. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Description of Service:The Self Care Academy Coaching App provides personalised nutrition and training coaching services. Users can access customised meal plans, workout routines, track progress, and communicate with their designated coach through the App.
2. User Responsibilities: 2.1. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. Users under 18 must have parental consent. 2.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account. 2.3. Users agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering for an account and throughout the use of the App. 2.4. Users understand that the nutrition and training recommendations provided by coaches are based on the information provided by the user and may not be suitable for everyone. Users are responsible for consulting with a healthcare professional before making significant dietary or exercise changes.
3. Payment and Subscription:3.1. The App may offer subscription-based services. By subscribing, users agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in the App. 3.2. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis unless cancelled by the user. Users are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. 3.3.  Self Care Academy reserves the right to change subscription fees and billing methods with prior notice to users.
4. Privacy Policy:4.1. Self Care Academy respects the privacy of its users. The collection and use of personal information are governed by the Self Care Academy  Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. 4.2. By using the App, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property:5.1. The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Self Care Academy  and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 5.2. Users may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any portion of the App without prior written consent from Self Care Academy .
6. Disclaimer of Warranties:6.1. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 6.2. Self Care Academy  does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet users' expectations.
7. Limitation of Liability:7.1. Self Care Academy  shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the App, even if Soak Up has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 7.2. In no event shall Soak Up's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the subscription services during the preceding twelve-month period.
8. Governing Law:These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
9. Changes to Terms: Self Care Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes.
